We know that times are tough and we want everyone who wants to join us to have the chance to be there. We’ve introduced a payment plan to make getting your tickets a little more manageable.
There are no additional fees for using the payment plan – you will just pay the original cost price of your tickets.
How does it work?
You can secure your tickets by paying a deposit of 33% and then two further payments on the following dates:
1st February 2027
1st April 2027
Once we’ve received your initial deposit, we’ll email you to confirm the details of your instalments. This should come through to you within a couple of days, so please keep an eye out for the email – you may need to check your spam folder.
When the instalments are due, we’ll email you an invoice for the amount payable. This will include a link for you to make the payment. These dates are fixed and will be the same regardless of when you initially paid your deposit.
We will run the payment plan option for as long as possible. You will be able to pay your deposit up until 20th January 2027 (unless the tickets have sold out prior to this date).
What do I need to do?
Firstly, please read the important stuff in the section below and make sure you are happy with the terms and conditions of the payment plan.

If you’d like to use the payment plan, please select your Ey Up Mi Duck tickets as usual. On the checkout page, please click on the +Discount or gift card option, and enter the code QUACK!
This will automatically apply a discount of 67%, so you will be required to pay 33% of the total cost of your tickets.
The amount of discount displayed is the total amount you will need to pay across your two further instalments.
You will receive the order confirmation email as usual, but please be aware that your tickets are not valid until you have paid all of the instalments.
Important Stuff
By using the payment plan option, you agree to pay all instalments in full on the scheduled dates.
All payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable.
If you cancel your payment plan at any time or fail to complete all scheduled payments, you will not receive a refund of any amounts already paid.
Cancellation or non-payment will result in your booking being cancelled and your tickets will no longer be valid.
Any tickets purchased via the payment plan are not transferable. These must not be sold to another party, unless they have been fully paid off and sold via our official resales service.
