Key Points
We will operate our Official Ticket Resales Service for all of our gigs, events and festivals that are sold out.
We will keep records of everyone who has contacted us about wanting to buy or sell tickets.
No unwanted tickets will be placed back on the website - we will sell them directly to those on the waiting list, on a first come first served basis.
We will be uniquely placed to be able to split or combine available tickets so as to more easily fulfill requests for tickets.
If we have people on the waiting list wanting your tickets, we will refund you the full original value of your tickets. There will be no admin or processing fees.
We will take direct payment from those buying tickets, again at face value with no additional fees. We will issue new official tickets in the name of the buyer, through our website.
We will try and keep this service going for as long as possible up to the date of the event. However, please bear in mind that for Ey Up Mi Duck tickets, we will be busy in a field creating the loveliness that is our little festival from the beginning of May. At the point we are no longer able to process requests, we will ensure we update everyone who is on the waiting list.
We understand that you may wish to pass tickets onto family and friends. In such instances, we would ask that you drop us an email to let us know, so we can update our list of attendees.
Selling or buying tickets in any other way is strongly discouraged to protect everyone

Confirmation of what tickets you wish to sell - whether it is some or all of your tickets
We will confirm receipt of this information, and also send you some more information about how the service works.
If you’re wanting to buy tickets:

Confirmation of the type and numbers of the tickets you require (for festivals, please include the details of any pitch tickets your require)
If you already have some tickets, it would be helpful if you could let us know the original order number, so that we can combine the order information.
