I’m an artist looking for gigs and would love the opportunity to play for Wroot Rocks. What’s the best way to get in touch?

We absolutely love hearing new music and supporting grassroots artists. All of our festival and gig slots through to Autumn 2026 are booked. However, if you think you’re the right fit for Wroot Rocks, we’d love to hear from you.

We would ask that you please send the following information to wrootrocks.artists@gmail.com

  • Artist/band name, city and contact details

  • Short bio, including genre, live experience and typical draw

  • Links (3 max, to include a live performance)

We enjoy reviewing all of the submissions we receive, although due to the volume, we are unable to provide you with individual feedback. We will absolutely be in touch if there’s a gig coming up that feels like a good fit for you.

How do I apply to be a trader at a Wroot Rocks event?

All of the trader pitches for our Ey Up Mi Duck festival have now been booked.

However, we’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in trading at one of our events next year, or you’d like to be added to our 2026 reserve list. We are always on the lookout for fun, interesting, unique and friendly traders to support us to deliver fantastic events.

If you wish to express an interest, please send the following information to wrootrocks.traders@gmail.com

  • Business name and contact details

  • Brief details of the product range you intend to sell (for food traders, we’d love to see a sample festival menu and prices)

  • A photo of your stall / food van

We shortlist traders we wish to invite to apply and send out information packs and application forms during December.
