Festival Ticket Terms & Conditions

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase. If you make a mistake when purchasing the tickets, if you get in touch straightaway, we may at our discretion arrange a refund.

  • The right of admission is reserved.

  • Wroot Rocks reserves the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.

  • Wroot Rocks reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.

  • No day tickets are available.

  • The gates will be open at specific times which will be publicised before the event. Entry and exit from the site will be strictly managed, with no late access permitted.

  • All children and youths under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 21+. There is a maximum of three under 18s per parent or guardian aged 21+.

  • Tickets must be obtained for all children attending. Tickets for those who are under 18 at the time of the festival are available free of charge. If your child is over 14, or looks older than their age, please ensure you bring proof of age to the event.

  • Under 18’s must camp with their families or guardians.

  • If you require the support of a Carer/PA to attend and access the festival safely and comfortably, you may be entitled to a discounted Carer ticket. Click here for further information.

  • Anyone caught with a controlled substance or “legal highs” will be evicted from the site and reported to the Police immediately.

  • Ticket holders’ consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.

  • The use of Drones is strictly prohibited and any equipment will be confiscated.

  • Any unauthorised alcohol sales or unauthorised trading of any kind is prohibited and will result in eviction.

  • In the event of a cancellation you will either be refunded the face value of tickets or tickets would be valid for rescheduled dates. Wroot Rocks shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred including, but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs.

  • Under 18’s will not be served alcohol and those who appear under 25 may be challenged and refused if proof of age cannot be produced.

  • Wroot Rocks will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • No generators and no unauthorised sound systems on site, including in the camping area.

  • All vehicles and persons entering site will be liable to be searched.

  • Wroot Rocks reserves the right to amend entry requirements and policies as required by Government or Public Health England

  •  Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and persons deemed to be carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities are likely to be ejected without refund.
